Charlotte is a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she obtained her Bachelor of Music Honours degree in July 2009 with distinction and was awarded the Anne Wyburd Lieder prize for her final recital. She is currently studying for her Master of Music degree continuing under the tutelage of Susan McCulloch.

Charlotte has just begun her first season as part of the prestigious Glyndebourne Opera Chorus where she will be taking part in the Festival and singing the role of Siren 1 in Handel’s Rinaldo. Charlotte made her Barbican debut last year with the GSMD Orchestra singing a suite from Alban Berg’s Wozzeck under the baton of Sian Edwards and will be making her Royal Albert Hall debut in August singing Rinaldo in the BBC Proms. She has a wide concert repertoire comprising performances both in the UK and abroad including two concerts in Shanghai and Beijing, Scotland, Wales, Norfolk and Bath covering a broad range of repertoire from CPE Bach's Magnificat to Mahler's Fourth Symphony. Her work as a member of ensembles on the opera stage includes Massenet’s Cherubin, Donizetti’s L’assedio di Calais, Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmelites.

Charlotte has had the benefit of working with and participating in master-classes with Sir Colin Davis, Dame Emma Kirkby, Iain Burnside, Sarah Walker CBE and Graham Johnson. Her technical diversity has lead to work in live television and audio recording with the BBC and John Dunkerly (EMI and Decca). She was also recently chosen to perform as the soloist for the UK premier of a contemporary mass for soprano, piano and string orchestra.

She has many concerts in the pipeline and some of her future plans include a European tour of Handel’s Messiah and Haydn’s The Creation.
